About the Company:

EPC Solar was established in 2015 to service the rapidly growing Australian Solar Industry with a new and unique business model. It has steadily grown over the years to become a large industry participant in the commercial solar sector. It has also developed its new vision statement and strategic objectives for the next three to five years.

We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Accounts Payable / Admin Assistant with exceptional attention to detail to support our team on a part-time basis of 25 hours per week over 5 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts payable, including input of all AP invoices, reconciliation of supplier accounts and monthly supplier statements.

Assist procurement manager with entering purchase orders.

Reception duties.

Track stocks of stationery and general office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Maintain all registers, including IT equipment, keys, direct debits, subscriptions, motor vehicles.

Maintain company compliances.

Provide administrative support as and when required.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

At least 2+ years’ experience in accounts payable.

Prior experience in administrative support.

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Knowledge of accounting software (Xero).

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

High level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
