This an opportunity to join a small team of professionals as a part-time Administrative Officer providing a support role to the Director and broader team in the field.
Beyond Building Company offers flexible working arrangement with options to work remotely.
The Role
In this role, you will be supporting the team by providing timely accurate information to support the delivery of projects. In addition, you will be a key contact to a broad range of suppliers and contractors to assist the business in sourcing and delivery of the many products and services that are required for a successful build.
If you can demonstrate past experience in similar roles with the ability to use initiative, work independently, solve problems quickly and direct work activities to support others, you are the candidate we are looking for.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administration support to the Director as required
Source and gather information for tenders and orders
Acquire and provide relevant information to the team, suppliers, contractors and others to support the smooth delivery of projects
Maintain project documents with timely and updated information
Efficiently and accurately manage information and files
Must have construction industry experience

Project Management Tools
BuildXact software experience is highly desirable
Similar roles within the Building/construction industry
Cert 4 or equivalent in Administration Management OR Contract Administration Qualifications desirable
