Lead - Video Production

We’re Monday Media – a full-stack creative agency with a great reputation and a down-to-earth team. For over 7 years, we’ve produced standout video, web, branding, ads, and social for a broad mix of clients across B2B and service-based B2C.

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, experienced videographer/editor who’s ready to take control of the video production space at Monday Media and truly make it yours. Our current senior videographer is moving on to new ventures, so we’re looking for someone who can take the reins and help shape the next chapter of video at Monday Media.

What the role looks like:

Creative ownership of your projects, with support from the Creative Director

Liaising with a remote editor as needed

Taking ownership of filming schedules, timelines, and quality control

Collaborating with a smart, multi-disciplinary team (web, brand, ads, strategy)

Integrating AI into workflows where it actually makes things faster or better

What we’re looking for:

A strong portfolio – this is the first thing we’ll look at

Real-world experience filming, editing, briefing freelancers, and dealing with clients

Someone confident in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve

A team player who can make decisions and own the outcomes

Someone who gets that AI won’t replace videographers... but videographers who use AI will replace those who don’t

You might have side projects – but this role needs your full-time focus Monday to Friday
