As we expand, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team.

Your Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day accounting functions including data entry, reconciliations, accounts payable, and assisting with month-end processes.

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts payable transactions

Assist with bank and account reconciliations

Support payroll preparation

Maintain accurate financial records and files

Assist with month-end reporting and other ad-hoc finance tasks

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments as needed

About You
✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher (Accounting major preferred)
✅ Minimum 1 year of accounts experience in a finance/accounts role
✅ Previous experience in the construction industry (highly regarded)
✅ Basic skills in MYOB, Xero, and Microsoft Excel
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
✅ Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly preferred
✅ Must have full Australian working rights
