This Full-Time Position is available with The Mike Blewitt Group.

The Mike Blewitt Group currently handles 6 different brands; Isuzu, Ford, Kia, BYD, Mercedes-Benz and we also have our TJM Coffs Coast franchise.

We are looking for an individual who can handle processing for multiple entities at once and successfully complete tasks prior to monthly deadlines. We are also looking for someone who has experience in or knowledge of:

Accounts Payable with understanding of accounting practices

Must be able to problem solve

Work in a team environment

Engage with our Dealer Accountants.

Our Dealer Software is Pentana Solutions Era link/Era Power where knowledge will be an advantage however not essential.

Current Full Drivers License required.

Daily Tasks would include:

Processing of Vendor Invoices including General Ledger Coding

Processing Payments to Vendors in accordance with their payment terms

Contribute to the management of cash flow

Monthly reconciliation of Vendor Statements including follow up of missing documentation

General Ledger Account reconciliation including processing Journals into the Dealer Management System

Assist the Dealer Accountants in the Dealership and follow sound accounting practices and procedures.

Assist reception and clerical duties associated with the Administration department.

Carry out other duties as directed by the Group Financial Controller, Dealer Accountants and/or Dealer Principal.
