We’re seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium lifestyle community designed for active, independent over-50s. This is a hands-on leadership role where your people skills, financial acumen, and operational expertise will help shape a welcoming and well-run village.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation + Bonuses
• Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Village: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, safety, and presentation of the community.
• Foster Connection: Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and service providers.
• Drive Financial Success: Manage budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
• Stay Compliant: Uphold legislative and health & safety standards with confidence.
• Support Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to maintain high standards of presentation.
• Engage Locally: Represent the village in the broader Toowoomba community and support resident-led initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in lifestyle village, property, or community management.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation (or willingness to learn).
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
