About the Role:

You will be responsible for the overall management of the Bretts Frame & Truss division, ensuring the achievement of production, revenue, and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and coach the Frame & Truss operations team.

Contribute to sales strategies and tactics to increase profitability.

Manage, mentor and develop production managers, estimators, and detailers.

Ensure expenditures align with agreed strategies, priorities, programs, and budgets.

Lead health, safety, environment, and quality standards.

Monitor market conditions and adjust pricing strategies as needed.

Take ownership of loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage.

Produce EBIT in line with company expectations.

About you:

We are seeking a seasoned leader in the building and manufacturing industry with a passion for driving profitability, fostering high-performance and Frame & Truss experience, to join our senior management team.

Key to your success will be:

5 + years of relevant Management experience.

Experience and/or knowledge of the building, timber, Frame and Truss, or manufacturing sectors.

Relevant tertiary and vocational qualifications.

Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and mentor employees.

Ability to effectively communicate and influence across all levels of the business.

A self-starter who injects energy and passion, motivating and inspiring teams.
