Our client is a long standing, highly respected residential Developer and Builder on the Gold Coast. As a modest but highly successful builder, they turnover approximately 250 builds per year and have a philosophy around quality, integrity and client satisfaction.

About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Site Manager to deliver 14 Townhouses on the Gold Coast. This would be split across 2 projects both on the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for managing time lines and budgets ensuring effective planning and communication at all stages in conjunction with your Construction Manager.

We are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate the following:

QLD Supervisors Licence

Minimum 4 years residential supervising experience

Experience with residential townhouse projects

Excellent eye for detail

Experience with suspended slab construction

High integrity and quality focus
