The opportunity:

Full-time.

Level 5 - salary range $75,920 - $81,833 per annum depending upon qualifications and experience*.

Located at our Eaton Administration Centre.

We are seeking a suitably qualified and/or experienced IT Officer to join our team in this operational and support role. The successful candidate will need the ability to communicate with and educate fellow colleagues in the effective use of IT systems, and provide a high level of support across administration, access and security.

What you’ll do:

Provide IT system support services and technical advice to the organisation.

Assist with IT system performance, monitoring and maintenance in a way that minimises disruption to users.

Support IT system administration, user access and security requirements.

Assist in the administration of all server systems and networks.

Provide Level 1 service desk support across the organisation.

Provide effective and efficient customer service, diagnosis and resolution of customer issues.
