We are seeking a confident and competent phone, tablet & computer technician to join our family business. Interviews will be held shortly after we receive suitable CV's and covering letters.
The role is located in beautiful, tropical Cairns QLD.

Mac and Android phone repair experience

Mac and Windows tablet repair experience

Operating systems experience with Mac and Android phones

Operating systems experience with Mac and Windows tablets

Desktop & laptop repair experience with Mac and Windows computers

Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing with an emphasis in dealing empathically with clients who present with broken phones, tablets and computers and anger issues at times. Capable of turning tense situations around into win win outcomes

Client site visits are an essential component of our services

The capacity to mentor new starters and lead them to develop strong Technical skills over time.
