About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and provide hands-on leadership to our warehouse team. You will play a key role in managing workflow, supporting inventory processes, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding position suited to someone who thrives in a leadership role while remaining hands-on in all areas of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Organise and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, adjustments, and investigations.
• Manage purchase and transfer orders, and ensure accurate system updates using Microsoft D365.
• Support logistics by booking transport and preparing dispatch documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by updating SOPs and participating in planning meetings.
• Provide hands-on support as needed, including equipment troubleshooting and physical warehouse tasks.

About You

• Proven experience in a warehouse team lead role
• Strong understanding of inventory systems
• Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on, proactive approach to problem solving
• Forklift licence
• Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
