About the Role

As the Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll coordinate daily operations, supervise a small team, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You’ll be operating forklifts, managing workflow, and working closely with both warehouse and admin staff to resolve any issues and maintain high standards across the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily pick/pack and general warehouse activities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Allocate workloads and monitor team performance

• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders

• Assist with stocktakes, receiving, and general warehouse duties

• Liaise with the admin team to resolve order or inventory discrepancies

• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure WHS compliance

• Provide training and support to warehouse team members

• Support order processing, dispatch scheduling, and invoice preparation

• Follow internal workflow procedures to maintain operational efficiency

Qualifications and requirements

Prior warehouse experience (5 year minimum)

Preferred experience in Microsoft, Cargowise or equivalent

Excellent organisation and time management abilities

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.

Current Forklift license
