About the Role

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a passionate retail team, drive sales performance, and uphold the elevated customer experience synonymous with the brand. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who's previously worked as a strong 3IC or supervisor and is ready to step up.

You'll be expected to take ownership of floor operations, coaching team members, and supporting daily business goals. A background in luxury or premium fashion-particularly ready-to-wear-is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and team management

Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team

Deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with luxury service standards

Monitor KPIs, drive sales, and achieve store targets

Support with visual merchandising and store presentation

Manage stock and ensure compliance with company procedures

About You

Leadership experience in fashion retail (ASM, Senior Sales, or 3IC level)

Background in premium or luxury ready-to-wear fashion preferred

Results-driven and commercially minded

A hands-on leader with a passion for team development

Strong communication and organisational skills

Available to work Sunday-Thursday roster
