Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality and social media? We’re seeking a motivated Cafe Manager to oversee our relaxed beachside cafe, grow our small team, and keep our community engaged.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and develop a small, dedicated team

Manage daily operations and customer service

Ensure Coffee service is consistent and fast

Handle social media to promote specials and events

Monitor the cost of goods and optimize profitability

Plan and execute daily promotions to boost sales

Implement and maintain systems to ensure high level performance

Maintain a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere by the beach

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years' experience in café management or similar hospitality venue

Strong leadership and people skills

Experience in cafe management and social media marketing

Knowledge of cost control and daily promotions

Passion for creating a memorable customer experience

Proven barista experience with ability to maintain coffee quality standards

Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak seasonal periods

Ability to work in a fun, coastal environment
