Our client is a boutique buyer’s agency that, since its inception only a few years ago, has become one of the most dominant forces in the inner city. This Director generates over $3mil in fees per annum, making them one of the top-performing BA's in the Sydney market!

Due to the sheer overflow of clients, this Director requires additional Buyer's Agents to join their team!

This client is known for their powerhouse network and exceptional reputation, and is well-connected throughout the inner-city, inner west & south east market. Your focus will be finding the perfect properties for clients.
Forget cold calling or business development—this role is all about leveraging & building relationships with agents, and uncovering off-market opportunities.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in closing deals and relationship-building rather than cold calling.

The DEAL
There will be one close & signed up lead given per month – average fee $25K. The commission structure will be based on self-generated or business-generated lead.

The location of the role will depend on your career history/relationships in real estate – we are considering Buyer’s agents in the following locations:

Coogee, Maroubra, Sutherland Shire, Balmain, Drummoyne, Surry Hills, Redfern, Lower North Shore

Day to Day

• Conduct market research on property pricing, growth, and rental returns.
• Inspect and evaluate properties to decide if they meet client needs.
• Access and secure off-market opportunities by networking with agents.
• Research RP-Data, Pricefinder and keep to date with sold properties similar to the clients requirements
• Build you own network of clients
• Attend industry events to ensure your strong agent network

The role will include working Saturdays to attend auctions & visit properties, with a day off during the week.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in the Property/Real Estate Sector, open to backgrounds across Sales Associate or Sales Agent or Business Development Manager
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the confidence to call agents
• Understanding of property valuations, and ability to understand comparable properties
• Strong Administration skills, Excel, Email Management, follow up
