Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Buyer Agents to join our dynamic team. The Buyer Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in purchasing properties, guiding them through the home buying process and their Investment Strategies.

Ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. You will be working alongside Company Principal, receiving guidance and mentorship, dedicated to fostering your professional development.

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between buyers and Developers to facilitate property transactions.

Assist in locating ad sourcing properties that meet our clients specific requirements, utilizing our structured research and data information

Working with Agents and Referral & Channel partners

Identify clients' needs and preferences to find suitable properties for purchase.

Negotiate offers, draft contracts, and oversee the closing process.

Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and property values.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with mortgage lenders, Building inspectors, lawyers and other professionals involved in the buying process.

Preferred Requirements, Preferred but not essential

Proven experience as a Buyer Agent in the real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, neighborhoods and property values.

Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Resourceful and self-starting mindset, continuously seeking answers and staying up to date with market knowledge

Personable and a good listener

Must be comfortable with attending business events and Networking.

Requirements:

Certificate of Registration at a minimum

Proven experience as a Buyers Agent or Property Marketing with 12 months experience minimum

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused, wanting to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Confident with networking opportunities for business

Not afraid to transact with property all over Australia

Own Vehicle

Competitive compensation package with commission-based incentives. OTE 150K-200k + (Depending on experience)
