Established in 1994, Multipipe Pty Ltd has grown to become one of Melbourne’s leading, specialised civil construction companies.

Multipipe specialise in design, conduit installation through mechanical open cut and directional drilling, manual and non-destructive methodologies, the provision of pit and pipe, cable hauling and jointing.

Multipipe are looking for someone to join our administration team for Systems Support, immediate start.

This position is Full Time, office based only, at our Coolaroo depot.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm with a fortnightly scheduled RDO.

This role is to support our operations and project management team and includes the following:

Tasks & responsibilities:

Assist with Projects – Liaising with Project Managers about current and upcoming projects. Online Permit and MOA application, gathering all MOCs and creating job packs. Organisation of subcontractor and suppliers when requested by management.

Health, Safety, Environment, & Quality– Completing Internal Audits, safety reports and yearly Company certifications. Completing IMS updates and consolidating documents to assist with Tenders. Assist with monthly toolbox meetings and upcoming agendas.

Plant & Equipment Management – Track and manage maintenance and servicing of plant and equipment. Ensure all equipment testing is valid and ready for use.

Training Matrix – Maintain and update employee training, including inductions, qualifications, and drivers’ licences.

Qualifications & experience

Australian Drivers Licence.

Experience using Outlook/Excel/Word/Microsoft Office/PowerPoint.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive approach to your work with a keen eye for detail.

Time Management and prioritization of daily tasks.

Experience in a similar role or industry is highly desired but not necessary.
