As their portfolio continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced and capable Senior Contracts Administrator to join their expanding team on an iconic $800M+ luxury apartment development.

The Role

• A Senior CA or Contracts Administrator to join an well resourced team deliver a $800m+ luxury apartment project
• Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
• Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
• Monthly budget management and reporting

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
• A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
• An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Multi Res experience essential
