Are you an experienced Contract Administrator or Senior CA looking for your next opportunity? We’re partnering with a reputable construction company that specialises in fit-out and refurbishment projects across the medical, health, and science sectors. About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects, working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure successful delivery. Projects typically range up to $5 million in value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations
• Manage financial reporting, cost control, claims, and variations
• Maintain compliance and project documentation to a high standard
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to drive results and mitigate risks
• Work in a hybrid capacity – both on-site and in the office

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5+ years' experience in contract administration within construction
• Solid understanding of procurement, contract management, and risk mitigation
• Familiarity with Jobpac and iTWOcx (or similar software)
• Experience in medical, health, science, or other compliance-driven sectors
• Relevant qualification in construction or project management
