We’re now looking to welcome an experienced Contract Administrator to the team!
The Role
- Manage all commercial and financial requirements for the project
- Management of Head contract negotiation, variations and progress claims
- Management of all sub-contract procurement, letting and ongoing variations and claim processing
- Lead procurement process and negotiate commercial terms with project stakeholders
- Monthly cost reports and budget forecasting
- Assist with PCG meetings, programming and design as required
- Be a key contributing member of the project team
- Administrate projects within time and budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with Building Approval and Development Approval
- Identify, assess, allocate and manage risks
The Person
- 5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial and residential building construction projects ($20M-$60M)
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and/or Quantity Surveying is desirable
- Excellent computer skills, experience using Costx/Cheops financial management software would be advantageous
- A proven ability to work within defined quality assurance procedures
- A clear and concise understanding of Australian Standard building contracts and their administration
- Design and construct experience
- Demonstrated experience in contracts administration including preparing the subcontracts accounts, financial control and reporting of the project
- Multi-level project experience with multi-level basements (Residential/Commercial towers)

- $160,000 - $180,000 + Super
