What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years experience in contract administration within the construction industry
• CHEOPS proficiency (essential), Procore & ProcurePro (preferred)
• Strong expertise in procurement, forecasting, and contract management
• Extensive experience in head contracts & subcontracts, including delay notices, variations, RFIs, and contractual notices
• Established local trade relationships (trade references required)
• Highly organised, commercially astute, and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement and contract administration, ensuring compliance with head and subcontract conditions
• Manage payments, claims, and contract variations
• Lead cost forecasting, financial reporting, and risk assessments
• Work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to deliver successful project outcomes
• Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships, negotiating agreements and resolving contract issues
• Ensure all project documentation, warranties, and compliance requirements are met
