Full time position : Mon-Fri 9-5pm

JHP Projects is a diverse business specialising in project management & plumbing, providing exceptional service to the Hunter Valley Region. Our customers are residential and commercial. We have been in business for over 20 years and value strong relationships with our customers and staff. We are looking for a new team member who shares these values, is self motivated, can work independently and enjoys a busy work environment.

Job Responsibilities

On a daily basis this position will liaise and work with the company director and staff. Duties can include:

Reception – answering phones

Using our online job booking system

Liaising with customers via phones/email

Scheduling daily run sheets

Coordinating staff job flow

MYOB data entry & invoicing, wages/bank rec

General office tasks

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position you will have the following:

Amazing customer service attitude

Strong organisational skills

Proficient MYOB skills and experience

Competent MS Office skills including Word & Excel

Admin experience in the trades industry (preferred but not essential)

Ability to work independently and use initiative

Understands working to deadlines

Drivers license
