We’re opening the doors to our brand new Anytime Fitness club at Burleigh Heads—and we’re looking for a driven, confident, and people-focused Assistant Club Manager to help us build a community from day one!

This isn’t your typical club job—you’ll be a key part of our presale campaign, this is sales based activities connecting with the community, building hype, and securing memberships before we open. If you love making phone calls as we will receive hundreds of enquiries, smashing sales targets, and creating real relationships, we want to hear from you.

🏋️ What You’ll Be Doing:

Be a part of our presale structure through calling back enquiries, outreach, and follow-ups

Execute all stages of the sales and marketing process

Help Generate leads and develop partnerships within the community

Manage incoming inquiries, calls, and walk-ins with energy and professionalism

Build and grow our membership base before opening day

Drive the club’s social media presence and brand awareness

Support day-to-day administration and assist your Club Manager in launching a successful, welcoming club environment when we open the doors to welcome everyone you had connected with.

🙌 What You Need to Bring:

At least 1 year in a sales role (essential) in Fitness

Confident and proactive phone skills—you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and make the sale

Excellent communication and time management skills

A positive, people-first attitude and natural ability to connect

The drive to hit and exceed KPIs and sales targets

Ability to work both independently and as part of a tight-knit team

Computer literacy and social media confidence

Fitness industry experience is great—but not essential
