Full-Time | Mon–Fri + Weekend Hours sometimes | On-Site | Weekly Pay | $55,000 – $65,000/year + Super + Overtime

Join the small, dedicated team at Darling Downs Brick Sales, helping customers choose quality bricks, blocks, pavers, and landscaping supplies. This is a hands-on role combining retail sales, invoicing using Xero, and assisting with scheduling deliveries for our Dantrans trucks.

About the Role
• Assisting walk-in and trade customers with product selection, quotes, sales
• Processing sales and invoices using Xero software
• Helping coordinate truck deliveries for Dantrans using Excel
• A wide range of sales and administrative duties
• Maintaining clean, tidy front office
• Occasional weekend work with notice – Saturday 8 AM–11 AM, Sunday 9 AM–11 AM (paid at overtime rates)

You'll Need
• Retail or trade counter experience (building supplies preferred)
• Competent with Xero or similar invoicing systems
• Comfortable using Excel for scheduling and coordination
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to contribute
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
