What the role is:

A sales role complete the whole sales process from start to finish

Delivering exceptional customer service.

Processing payments through our online POS system.

Managing deliveries

Merchandising.

Quotes and general enquiries.

Following the sales process from quote to install

What our successful candidate will be:

You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Quick learner and procedure-driven

Computer literate, including CRM systems

Fit and healthy

Team player essential - we all jump in when necessary

Essentials / Desirables

A big smile and positive, winning attitude, healthy

Previous customer service experience, ideally in a retail environment.

Competent in various applications such as email, online platforms.

Familiar with CRM systems

Commitment to working alternating Saturdays
