Key Responsibilities
Providing a high level of customer service to our clients from intake to finalisation of their matter;
Answering all incoming phone calls and email enquiries;
Diary management and appointment scheduling;
Making outgoing calls as directed; such as booking barristers and other professionals, and client follow ups;
Data entry;
Undertaking client billing;
Managing stationary supplies; and
Assisting lawyers with overflow administrative tasks.
Key Qualifications / Experience
Two to five years’ experience in a similar role within a professional legal service environment is required;
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
High level organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks in a busy service environment is required;
Professional presentation and welcoming demeanour;
Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic approach towards work and a willingness to learn; and
Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
