Join Our Family Business as a Showroom & Admin Assistant!

Are you a friendly, organized, and proactive individual looking for a rewarding role in a well-established family business? Australian Window Fashions, a leading name in window coverings in Geelong for over 35 years, is seeking a full-time Showroom & Admin Assistant to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of our business, helping clients discover the perfect window solutions while keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting Clients in the Showroom: You'll be the first point of contact for our valued prospective clients, guiding them through our range of high-quality products.

Administrative Support: This includes managing our email correspondence, scheduling appointments for team members, maintaining our CRM system, answering the phone, managing email and handling incoming product deliveries.

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping people. While experience in the window covering industry is highly sought after, it's not essential.
