We specialise in residential, commercial, and civil works – and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Manager to join our crew and help take us to the next level.

About the role:
This hands-on leadership role will see you overseeing daily operations, managing staff and resources, quoting jobs, and ensuring the smooth, safe, and timely delivery of projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing job scheduling, team coordination, and equipment logistics

Quoting and liaising with clients across a range of projects

Ensuring high safety and quality standards across all work

Supporting staff with on-the-job leadership and mentoring

Driving business efficiency and team productivity

What you’ll bring:

Solid experience in tree care, landscaping, or a related field

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Confidence using quoting systems and managing client relationships

Current driver’s licence (MR/HR preferred)

White Card + relevant tickets (or willingness to obtain)

A proactive attitude and a strong work ethic
