Your new role

• Process applications and prepare reports under the GIPA and PPIP Acts.
  
• Work with key internal stakeholders to source and manage information requests
  
• Conduct high-level administrative tasks to ensure privacy and adherence to the GIPA act and privacy standards
  
• Demonstrate high attention to detail in maintaining internal records and keeping their records management systems up to date
  
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a similar role, particularly in managing GIPA or Government Information requests.
  
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
