We're on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and contribute to our vibrant office environment!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming clients with a friendly smile and providing outstanding service

Managing the switchboard, directing calls efficiently and professionally

Handling incoming and outgoing mail with attention to detail

Assisting with daily banking and processing receipts

Keeping the reception area looking tidy and presentable

Providing administrative support and contributing to various office tasks

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an administrative/receptionist role, ideally in an accounting or professional services environment

Strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional client care

Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate to advanced level

Organized, detail-oriented and able to thrive under pressure

A natural problem-solver who takes initiative

A team player who enjoys working with others
