Reporting to the Deputy CFO, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our physical footprint—ensuring our assets are optimised, sustainable, and aligned with our service delivery and brand presence. From guiding major property decisions to enhancing workplace environments, this role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and impact.

What you’ll do:
Lead the asset lifecycle strategy across properties, vehicles, and equipment.
Ensure assets support operational effectiveness, cost-efficiency, and future growth.
Oversee governance, compliance, and risk management related to tangible assets.
Deliver insightful reporting on asset performance, valuation, and service delivery costs.
Act as a senior representative in property and asset-related negotiations.
Engage with stakeholders and advisors to drive asset-related initiatives.
Lead a team of two Facilities Managers (QLD & NSW)
What you’ll bring:
A bachelor’s degree in Property, Facilities Management, Business or a related field (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
Significant experience managing tangible assets at a strategic level.
Strong understanding of asset governance, valuation, compliance, and risk frameworks.
Financial acumen with skills in reporting and modelling.
Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and leading external partnerships.
