Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy

Current full AHPRA registration (unlimited)

Eligibility for Medicare provider status

NSW Working with Children Check

3+ years’ paediatric experience, with capability to supervise and mentor

Strong written and verbal English skills

Demonstrated service development/improvement experience

Growth mindset and leadership potential

Openness to coaching, feedback, and continuous development

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
