About the Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will deliver exceptional paediatric OT services while supporting and mentoring a team of therapists and therapy assistants. You will also contribute to the clinical leadership of the practice—helping to shape programs, resources, and service delivery.

This is a highly flexible role with opportunity to tailor your caseload, hours and leadership responsibilities to suit your interests and strengths.

About You

Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration

Minimum 5 years experience in paediatric OT

Committed to neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, strengths-based practice

Strong skills in sensory processing, emotional regulation and family-centred therapy

Experience or interest in leadership and mentoring

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate about making a difference in children’s lives

Eager to contribute to a supportive, ethical workplace culture
