About the role

Therapy Point Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Seven Hills, NSW 2147. This is a full-time role; however, we also consider part-time and contract positions. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualised treatment plans for clients

Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help clients achieve their goals

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client care

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities

Mentor and supervise junior occupational therapy staff as required

What we're looking for

Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

Minimum of 1 year experience as an Occupational Therapist, with demonstrated expertise in paediatric

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

The clinic room is fully resourced and furnished.

Flexible working hours.

12% superannuation and a Professional Development allowance.

Realistic caseloads based on experience.

Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Senior Occupational Therapist: $100,000 - $120,000 + Super

Occupational Therapist: $95,000 -100,000 and super

Continuous Professional Development will be provided by the company ($2000 per year) for fulltime position and $1000 for part time position.

Performance bonus

Contract

Flexible working hours/choose your own hours- Mostly clinic based paediatric clients and complete admin support

$115-$125 per hour depending on experience.
