Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and campaign support to a leading sales agent
• Assist with managing buyer enquiries and relationships
• Conduct open homes and private inspections
• Attend building inspections and bank valuations
• Support pre-sale preparation appointments
• Prepare accurate market analysis and property reports
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and materials
• Engage with clients to uncover new business opportunities and contribute to database growth

Requirements

• Certificate IV in Property Services or a valid Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Prior experience in real estate administration and property advertising is essential
• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and organised approach
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Available to work Saturdays
• Must hold a valid driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
