About the role

We're looking for a driven and motivated Sales Associate to join our award-winning team at Area Specialist Lukas Pedder. This is a serious opportunity to build a long-term career in real estate with the right structures, systems, and mentorship behind you.

You'll be coached directly by a high-performing agent, backed by in-house admin and marketing support, and guided through an 18-month plan designed to fast-track your progression into a full Sales Agent role.

What you'll be doing

Actively generating leads for new listings through various marketing channels

Conducting property market research to provide clients with up-to-date insights

Organising and hosting open house inspections and private viewings

Negotiating and finalising sale contracts on behalf of vendors

Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing new ones

Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Attending sales meetings and contributing to the team's success
