Tasks include but not limited to:

• Cold calling, Prospecting, door knocking, and flyer drop delivery
• Appraisals & appointments – booking, managing, and attending
• Data base management
• List and Sell real estate in an ethical and lawful manner under real estate law and by office procedure.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

Skills and Experience

• Must have a current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Full Real estate Agent license.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Your personality must be enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated and have high ethical values.
• Be able to work as an individual or as part of the team.
• Current Driver’s license & a reliable car.
