What You’ll Be Doing

Engage warm leads via inbound and outbound calls

Build rapport quickly and ask meaningful, personalised questions

Present clear health cover options with confidence and accuracy

Guide customers through the journey from enquiry to sign-up

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

About You

You’re confident, curious, and great with people. You thrive in a sales environment, are motivated by results, and love helping customers make good decisions.

What we’re looking for:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in Health Insurance telesales

Strong attention to detail and a compliance-first mindset

Comfortable using CRM systems and phone-based sales tools

Previous experience in general insurance or energy sales is a plus
