Calling all heores, PSG are recruiting on behalf of a respected not-for-profit organisation for a strategic and hands-on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional. This is a pivotal opportunity to deliver meaningful insights, ensure funding compliance, and support long-term financial sustainability in a purpose-driven environment.

About the Role:
Based in the northern suburbs of Perth, this permanent FP&A Analyst role will sit within the central finance team, supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You'll work across multiple funding streams and collaborate with operational leaders, grant providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate financial performance and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare annual consolidated financial reports and P&L statements across service lines
• Compile quarterly financial reports (QFR) for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead monthly variance analysis, benchmarking, and forecasting (incl. Stewart Brown)
• Develop Prophix-based reporting packs for Board and executive use
• Deliver grant-specific financial reports, budgets, and compliance tracking
• Manage reforecasts and rolling forecasts across HCP, TCP, and NATSIFAC streams
• Align budgets with service delivery by collaborating with community teams
• Provide training on financial systems and reporting tools
• Engage with grant bodies and monitor reform impacts on financial operations
• Ensure data integrity and oversee segment-aligned journal postings
Short but Sweet:
We’re seeking a driven FP&A specialist with:
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• CPA or CA qualification
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting and grant funding frameworks
• Proficiency in tools including Epicor, Medius, Prophix, Power BI
• Advanced analytical and modelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work across competing priorities
• A collaborative style and a passion for delivering meaningful impact
