We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Analyst to play a key part in shaping the financial future of a respected organisation that’s committed to quality education, care, and excellence.

The Opportunity: Finance Analyst

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, and working alongside the Finance & Accounting Manager and offshore teams, the Finance Analyst will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the organisation. This role offers a rare opportunity to contribute to strategic growth in a values-aligned environment.

In this role, you will:

Develop and manage quarterly and long-term forecasts, and financial models

Deliver analysis of business performance, including variance, profitability, and margin reviews

Provide insights to guide new centre rollouts, acquisitions, pricing, and capital investments

Drive automation and efficiency of finance reporting using BI tools and modelling systems

Partner with operational leaders to align plans with business strategy and service delivery

What you bring to the table:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

CA or CPA qualified, or CFA designation preferred;

Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modelling, and strategic scenario planning

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills required; Power BI or Tableau experience highly regarded

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience in multi-site, group-service industries (e.g., education, healthcare, or childcare) is desirable
