About the role

Ultramed Healthcare Pty Ltd, a leading provider of premium skincare products, is seeking an exceptional Head of Sales (Skincare) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Ashmore, QLD, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution for our innovative skincare range, playing a pivotal part in the company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing impactful sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets

Overseeing the sales team, providing effective leadership, coaching and mentoring to drive high performance

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure new business opportunities

Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimise sales activities

Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Representing the company at industry events and conferences to raise brand awareness

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

Extensive sales leadership experience, preferably within the healthcare or skincare industry

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels

Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
