Your new role
You'll provide frontline helpdesk support via phone and group email for nationally significant platforms, assisting both internal government stakeholders and external suppliers with procurement advice.

Responsibilities include

• Advising on Procurement CPRs & the PGPA Act - you will have training in this area as needed
  
• Responding to technical and operational enquiries and guiding users through resolution steps
  
• Logging and escalating incidents where necessary
  
• Managing user accounts and access permissions
  
• Delivering excellent client service and maintaining professional relationships
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or client support environment
  
• Strong understanding of software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to manage tasks in a dynamic, high-volume setting
  
• Familiarity with government procurement or grants systems is an advantage.
