About the role
The Program Support Officer will be responsible for supporting the Tuvalu Passport Uplift Program team at the Australian Passport Office by contributing to key deliverables across all phases of the program and its related projects. They will also be responsible for a range of program support tasks, including coordinating travel arrangements and bookings, supporting procurement and recruitment processes, assisting with stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the preparation of reports, communication materials, presentations, and routine program reporting.

- Research and analysis of data to deliver reporting for projects
- Travel bookings and arrangements
- Procurement and contract management administration
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Secretariat activities
- Exceptional self-initiative demonstrating the ability to work independently with broaddirection within a small team, robust organisational skills and the ability to manage multiplepriorities, stakeholders and deliver outcomes within set timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to support a geographically dispersed team, including amultidisciplinary team through periods of change and to support delivery of outputs andoutcomes.
- Strong ability to manage multiple work priorities and deadlines, think strategically,harness information from a variety of sources, possess analytical skills, and identify risks.
- Strong cultural awareness and demonstrated success in building and maintainingrelationships with stakeholders and communicating with influence with a variety of audiences.
- Well-developed capacity for collaboration and decision-making.
- Demonstrated high-quality written communication experience and strong attention todetail, with experience delivering a broad range of administrative and program support functionsacross the section. This includes minute taking, coordinating and arranging meetings, andmanaging information systems such as Content Manager.

- Strong attention to detail for preparing and contributing to written communication including drafting of minutes
- Hold a valid Baseline Security Clearance, applicants without it, won't be considered.
