Elm Building Group is a successful and dynamic company that completes a mix of high-end residential builds, medium-sized multi-unit developments, along with commercial construction and fit outs. We are looking for an energetic and experienced construction worker or tradesperson who will jump between our various construction projects for a range of tasks including hands on labouring and basic site management responsibilities. Elm Building Group has a range of current and upcoming projects.

Site safety, pride in your work, and maintaining clean and organised work areas are key attributes that will see you thrive and succeed within our team.

You will work closely with our Project Managers, and Site Managers in planning and completing a range of different tasks. There are ongoing opportunities for training and development both within the site management, but also the construction planning space. Increased responsibility and promotion opportunities are available based on job performance.
