Who We’re Looking For

Experienced Team Leaders who can lead from the front and motivate their crew

Skilled Tradespeople with strong hands-on capabilities

People who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something bigger

To be successful in these roles, you’ll need:

Proven experience in landscape construction (or a strong desire to grow your skills)

Ability to read and interpret landscape plans

Strong skills in paving, retaining walls, irrigation, decking, planting, and more

Great leadership or teamwork abilities depending on your role

A positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail

White Card, Silica, Asbestos + valid driver’s license (essential)

Trade qualifications (a bonus, but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

Execute high-quality landscaping projects, including Stone retaining walls, paving, decking, planting, irrigation, and garden installations.

Read and interpret landscape designs and plans, ensuring accurate execution.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.

Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with industry standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

Maintain job site cleanliness and organisation.
