Early Morning Medical Logistics Customer Support Representative - Macquarie Park
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Super
Shift: 8-hour rotating roster, initially 4 AM - 12 PM

WOW Recruitment is partnering with an established leader in Medical Logistics to find a dedicated Customer Support Representative for their critical early morning shifts.

This permanent, full-time role is based 5 days a week onsite in Macquarie Park.

About the Role: Your Impact
You'll be the crucial link, liaising with customers, drivers, and logistics partners to ensure every delivery is executed with precision. This isn't just customer service; it's about meticulous coordination of vital shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls for freight updates and inbound calls for inquiries
- Special focus on "hyper care" radioactive and urgent medical shipments using GPS tracking for critical planning.
- Collaborate closely with drivers, supervisors, and logistics partners to swiftly resolve issues and maintain seamless operations.
- Coordinate order bookings and modifications, ensuring clear and constant communication with all stakeholders.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with drivers, carriers, and valued customers.
- Actively contribute to refining and enhancing existing policies and procedures to boost efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a logistics customer service role is highly preferred.
- Proven customer service experience in an office environment, ideally within a contact centre setting.
- Flexibility with hours and shifts, able to work 8-hour shifts rotating between 4 AM/6 AM - 12 PM, with availability for extra shifts as needed.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various web-based tools.
- Ability to work effectively and proactively with minimal supervision.
