Saxon Agencies Pty Ltd is a small family owned and operated business in the Animal Health Industry. We currently have a position available for a Customer Service Representative.

We are located in Glendenning NSW, with easy access to M4/M7 motorways.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stake holders, be reliable, self-motivated and want to join a fun and vibrant team! This role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Answer all incoming telephone calls
• Processing of sales orders received via telephone and electronically
• Daily management of email account
• Maintaining contact with customers from order through to delivery - especially if there are any delays in supply or shipping
• Ensuring customer records are kept up to date
• Providing administration support to the sales team

To be successful in this role, we are seeking an individual who has:

• Previous customer service experience
• Pet Retail or Vet Nursing experience is highly advantageous
• Confident communication style, able to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Good computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Customer focused and committed to delivering exceptional service levels
