Job Responsibilities:

• Lifting and Hoisting: Help with lifting and moving materials and components safely.
• Scaffolding: Assist in setting up and taking down scaffolding according to project needs, ensuring a safe workspace for everyone.
• Concrete Work: Participate in mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete to ensure stable structures.
• Bricklaying: Handle brickwork and roof tile installation, making sure everything is done correctly.
• Carpentry: Work on building frames, wooden structures, and installing doors and windows.
• Tiling: Lay and finish tiles on floors and walls, ensuring a neat and level surface.
• Countertop Installation: Cut, polish, and install countertops as per project designs.
• Outdoor Paving and Landscaping: Assist in paving outdoor areas and landscaping to enhance project appearances.
• Fencing: Help with installing fences and safety barriers to secure the work area.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the worksite and surrounding areas clean by removing debris and waste regularly.

Job Requirements:

• Some experience in construction is preferred; ability to handle various tasks is essential.
• Flexibility to adjust work tasks based on project timelines.
• Physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
• Previous experience in scaffolding, lifting, or carpentry is a plus.
• Ability to speak Chinese is preferred.
• Follow safety procedures and work well in a team.
