About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time position starting August 2025. This dynamic role offers the best of both worlds:

Chronic Disease Management (3 days/week) – coordinate care plans, conduct health assessments, and support preventative health initiatives.

Treatment Room & GP Support (2 days/week) – deliver hands-on clinical support including immunisations, wound care, and minor procedures.

The role includes rostered weekend shifts as part of our nursing team rotation.

Job Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our friendly general practice team from August 2025. This varied role includes three days focused on chronic disease management and two days supporting GPs with treatment room duties. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive, modern, and team-oriented environment—including rostered weekend shifts. What You’ll Bring:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Experience in general practice or primary healthcare (desirable)

Excellent clinical, organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Best Practice software (advantageous)
