Evo Solar is looking for an experienced and motivated Solar Sales Lead to take charge of our residential solar and battery sales across the Geelong region. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and respond to all inbound solar and battery enquiries
Conduct in-home and remote consultations with homeowners across Geelong
Listen carefully to customers' goals and design solutions that meet their energy, lifestyle, and budget needs
Present tailored solar and battery proposals using our streamlined quoting platform
Convert warm leads into committed clients — no cold calling or door-knocking
Help refine our customer journey and sales processes as we grow
Mentor future team members and help lead our expansion
Stay current on battery technology, VIC rebates, and compliance standards

👤 What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of solar sales experience, preferably residential
Strong understanding of solar and battery products, system design, and the VIC rebate framework
Excellent communication and active listening skills
A solution-oriented mindset and ability to translate client goals into effective energy systems
Confidence working independently and managing your own pipeline
Desire to grow into a leadership role and support team development
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
